Dear All,

Its my pleasure to share with you the amazing experience that happened during the Navchetna Shibir (Breath, water, sound workshop), a course formulated by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishanakar ji, that I conducted recently.

Navchetna Shibir is a 5 day course taught to the under privileged section of society. I was conducting this course in one of the slum areas of Thane. The course particpants were very enthusiastic from the first day. They participated with zeal and vigour. There were many beautiful experiences shared on the last day of the course and one of them was really very touching. A 10 year old boy was the first person to raise his hand. He just stood up from his place, "didi mein bolta hu" (sister, I talk) he said, so I encouraged him to say, "haan bolo” (yes speak). He repeated, "Didi mein bol raha hun" (sister, I can talk). I was confused as people started applauding as soon as he said this. On seeing my puzzled face, one of the participants - his mother explained to me what had happened.

"Mere Bete Deepak ka khelte khelte kuch saal pehle accident ho gaya tha aur uski zabaan kati thi..tabse wo bol nahi pata tha..wo jo prayas karta tha wo bhi hum samajh nahi paate the." (My son Deepak had met with an accident while he was playing some years ago, since then he has not been able to speak and we could not undrtsnad whatever he would try to say.” On hearing this I understood the amazement behind the loud applause from the participants. Deepak was speaking clearly now!!!!!! :)

Everyone was deeply touched by the miracle that they had observed amongst them. They were grateful for being a part of this shibir and so was I.

I was overjoyed realizing that I had been a channel of Guru's Grace. I had only heard and read about such miracles but now I know that with Guruji's blessings and motive to make a difference -everything is possible. :)

Friends, I have completed my Part 1, Part 2, and DSN course. If I compare myself before joining AoL and after AoL, I find tremendous difference. Earlier, I used to keep wondering whether to do or not to do, but after the course I make decisions properly and more importantly immediately. About SUDARSHAN KRIYA, no! I cannot write in words. Just feel the experience. I also learn the art of leaving. In this busy life if any one wants to live without stress and in the present there is no alternate except AoL. So are you ready to bring happiness in your life?

I have done Part 1 basic course and DSN recently with Vikramji in Pune. I feel very calm and nice after DSN. I got to know so many things in life with Guruji's blessings after DSN. DSN with Vikramji was amazing. It was precious movements for me in my life. Bhajans by Vikramji made me like Meera. Now, I feel very free and proud to say that Guruji is with me every moment in my life.

Jai Gurudev! When I had not done the course, I did not have any faith on Gurus. I always felt that I can do any thing. But I was wrong. Guru grace is needed. Now, I’m the happiest person in the world. Now every work of mine starts with Guruji’s grace and ends with Guruji’s grace. I love Guruji and I pray that Guruji always keeps me in the space of his heart.

Words fall short to describe the experience I had when I joined the YES+ course. Every moment was splendid and memorable. I could observe a drastic change in my lifestyle after doing the course. I can’t thank everyone enough who made this course possible for me and I hope to be an active member/volunteer of the Art of Living foundation sometime soon.

There are certain things which can be described and completed by words. But there are few things where words are fall short and cannot be expressed by any other means. It may be joy, happiness, positive attitudes toward life, oneness with every creature on this earth. All these are nothing but result of the Art of Living course; which is my personal experience that I realized in 180 days of daily practice of Sudarshan Kriya.
In short, I got a new birth by the grace of loving, caring Sri Sri RaviShankar ji!!!

I was introduced to AoL 9 months back. I have completed the Part 1 course, DSN, and SSN. These 9 months have been the most beautiful period in my life. I have developed a positive attitude, smile, learnt to convert difficulties to challenges, and so many more advantages.I recommend everyone to do the Part 1 course, at least, and make use of this unique effort started by Guruji.I am highly indebted to AoL and I will surely continue my relation with it and contribute from my side for this noble cause.

I have just completed AoL Basic (Part 1) course.I was practicing yoga regularly, now with the combination of Yoga, Pranayama, and Sudarshan kriya life is full of joy. After the Kriya, I have a complete relaxed and positive mood. The Sudarshan kriya is like head massage every day. Once should experience it.

I was the most frustrated lady and was deeply depressed, but I was not aware of my depression. Anger and irritation were the main part of my life. During May'07, I did the Part 1 course, months after completing my Part1 course smile and happiness are on my way. My efficiency, consistency, will power, and patience, which were lost somewhere, are back in abundance. I was famous for my fights, now I am known for my good nature. It happened only with the grace of Guru that I am a cool person and I don’t know what more I can say. I can see immense change in my behavior and nature and it’s still happening. You may not believe that I have experienced that Guruji gives you such a strong support that you require no other support. I realized that I am not at all alone. I have somebody who cares for me and fulfils all my needs and whether you follow him or not, he is always following you. Wherever you go, you are not alone. It’s only due to my Guru's grace and good karmas that I got Guruji. There is a lot to say, but words are not sufficient. It’s something one can only experience, so melody khao khud jan jao. Guruji, I am grateful to you that you took away all my worries and gave me happiness and prosperity in return.
